Reporting to the Corporate Parts Manager, the **Parts Inventory Analyst **will manage stock orders by analyzing and procuring inventory and assessing stocking levels. Using robust data analysis, you will help identifying opportunities for process improvement and streamlining. This will be a multifaceted position, and as part of a small team you will also provide support to internal and external customers, including support the Corporate Part Manager by strengthening relationships with OEMs.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily OEM stock orders and its process, by submitting stock orders to the OEM.
- Utilize in-house bulk purchase programs.
- Accurately set up new part numbers and make changes to existing part numbers.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular review and assist with data clean-up.
- Recommend improvements to inventory processes, based on data and firm understanding.
- Project data preparation that includes data collection and excel formatting.
- Assist in Inventory & Inventory Preparation - be available and participate in yearly inventory.
- Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inventory reports for the Corporate Parts Manager, as required.
- Produce stocking recommendations based on system data utilizing excel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: *
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics.
- Experience with Inventory Coordination an asset.
- Post-Secondary Degree preferable.
- High level of proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365 platform.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is an asset.
- Strong Administrative and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy and attention to detail.
- Displays a professional manner and approach internally and externally at all times.
