We are seeking a Content Marketer Manager to drive our iconic brand by creating and driving marketing content strategy, and driving new customer acquisition and awareness across a broad portfolio with a customer centric approach. In this role, you’ll be managing the messaging and content across web, social and materials presented by sellers and at events. We are looking for passion about AI and marketing science, strong creative and marketing acumen, and a collaborative attitude.

Arima is developing the next generation marketing science platform designed to help agencies and brand marketers leverage data science to plan and execute better campaigns. We operate in both Canada and US.

What you'll be doing:

- Use performance data and metrics to drive content strategy and prioritization to guide why and when content should be made
- Develop an impactful content & thought leadership program around key themes and anchor assets to drive lead-generation, brand awareness, and earned media
- Research and create and evolve audience personas, buyers journey and new media asset tactics
- Collaborate with product marketing, editorial, field and campaign marketing teams to develop content plans and calendars
- Drive an audience-first mindset and create and suggest focus on assets including reports, blogs, videos, infographics, and other thought leadership content to grow top of funnel leads and brand awareness
- Ensure writing style and messaging are developed and maintained with a customer centric point of view
- Advise content creators on brand consistency across content

Ideally, you will:

- Have 3+ years of experience in B2B - bonus if you’ve worked for a B2B SaaS company or a Media Agency
- Have a degree or diploma in Copywriting, Marketing, Communications, Professional Writing, or equivalent experience
- Possess knowledge of best practices for conversion copywriting, product messaging, content marketing, and brand comms
- Experience running social media channels including, creating content calendars, managing social media ad spend, and writing SEO friendly copy.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
