Invoke Studios is currently looking to hire a Core Team of talented and varied people for a new AAA multiplayer game in the universe of D&D using the Unreal Engine.

**Job Description**:
Invoke is looking for a Level Design Director to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of engaging, dynamic, and visually stunning multiplayer levels.

You will develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the game's multiplayer levels, ensuring alignment with the game's overall vision and gameplay goals.

Your primary role will be to ensure that the gameplay environments are finely crafted to deliver a world-class gaming experience.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of level designers, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards
- Oversee the design of multiplayer levels from concept to completion, including layout, mechanics, and balance
- Ensure that levels are challenging, fun, and promote player engagement while meeting technical and performance requirements
- Drive the iterative design process by giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve level quality and player experience
- Collaborate with other departments, such as gameplay and art, to refine and optimize levels
- Follow up on features post-launch to improve, add, or remove components; interpreting data to inform decision-making.

Ideally, what You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Level Design Director or Associate Director on at least one successful AAA title and ideally one multiplayer title
- In-depth knowledge of multiplayer game design principles, including level flow, balance, pacing, and engagement
- Proficiency in level design tools, Unreal, and scripting languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Ability to sift through data and come to meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with online gaming communities and live streaming platforms (e.g. Twitch)
- A passion for GAAS Games and multiplayer games in general
