**Summary of Position**
- This role supports the service advisor roles in a number of tasks that are also completed by the service advisors during the busy part of the day. This is to ensure the customer experience standards are upheld as we continue to build trust and relationships with new and existing clients. Outside of these times, the Service Advisor Support has a number of tasks interacting with clients before, during, and after their appointments. This role is closely intertwined with the all the processes and roles of the front sales staff._

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support client intake in the morning
- Receive calls for appointments (Both Locations)
- Prepare repair orders for appointments 2-3 days in advance reviewing deferred work and scheduled maintenance with client prior to arrival. (Both locations)
- Support the Lead Advisor in their role as needed (Langley).

**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage daily invoice posting (Both locations)
- Manage returns (Both locations)
- Manage inventory orders (Both locations)
- Manage Warranty Processing from vendors (Both Locations)
- Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
