**Job Summary**
As an Executive, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Chairman and President of the company. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

**Duties**:

- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and proofreading
- Manage executive calendars and appointments
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Prior experience with data entry and maintaining office operations

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
