- Temporary Full-Time _
The District of Squamish is seeking a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer
service to join our team. This temporary full-time position (anticipated end date February 27, 2026) receives direction
from the Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to provide confidential, executive level
administrative and project support to members of the Core Leadership Team (CLT).
knowledge of Microsoft Office. They must have a minimum of five years’ experience working in an office environment
at the executive level with a preference for at least two years’ experience working in local government, as well as a
Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Office Administration Certificate or a related field. An
equivalent combination of education, training and experience may also be accepted.

the work to meet key deliverables in what can sometimes be a stressful environment of competing high-profile matters.
You are confident and self-assured enough to handle difficult situations with tact, diplomacy, exceptional customer service
and mínimal guidance; you maintain confidentiality; understand nuance and would represent the Core Leadership team
