As a Sales Executive at Ferno Home, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales experiences to our clients. This commission-based position, with bonuses and gas cost reimbursement, offers significant earning potential for motivated individuals. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and effective negotiation abilities. Ideally, you have sales experience within the construction materials industry. You will also be provided with pre-screened, qualified appointments, setting the stage for notable sales achievements.

**Your Role**:
- Utilize your dependable vehicle for traveling to sales appointments and closing deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Uphold reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ambitious to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and management to promote our mission.
- Daily travel to and from sales appointments.
- Willingness to travel to different sales locations.
**Key Qualities**:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.

**Requirements**:
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
- At least 3 year of sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs.
- Door-to-door sales experience is beneficial.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: $85,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
