**About the role**:
Clutch is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Partner** to join the **People Operations** team You will work very closely with the Production team to recruit a high volume of hourly waged skilled trade workers to staff up our new reconditioning facility for the production line.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage talents across Production teams such as Detailing, Photo, Mechanic, Inspection, PDI, Shuttling, and more
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand various roles and their responsibilities, and develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs
- Innovate on way build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
- Fully utilize ATS to manage talent pipeline, maintain talent data accuracy and quality, and formulate talent analytics
- Manage job board advertising of career site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling, accurate, and positioned for maximum effectiveness
- Regularly communicate and discuss with internal stakeholders to understand on-going requirements and share progress of activity
- Must be comfortable to work 100% on-site - You work at our our Etobicoke Production facility at 223 Evans Ave as we transition to the new Mississauga facility

**What we're looking for**:

- You've got 2+ years experiences in talent acquisition working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a growing manufacturing sector where you've always had a multitude of roles on the go, and demonstrated excellent time-to-fill and conversion metrics
- Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity
- Eager to fill quality hires - 10+ new hires every month and expect the volume adjust accordingly as the business grows
- Metrics-driven, emotionally intelligent approach to hiring
- You are a positive, process oriented, relationship developing machine
