The** Product Marketing Manager of Voice & Collaboration **is a role based out of Toronto and will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing.

Working for the marketing organization within Rogers Business, this role will be responsible for supporting the team through the go-to-market strategy and execution of our Voice and Collaboration portfolio. This includes the development of an integrated marketing plan to ensure that the business unit achieves and exceeds our annual plan and provides the guidance to the organization on how to execute across this vast portfolio of solutions.

You’re an expert collaborator by working with Product, Commercial Management, Sales, Marketing and the other business units to drive key outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Value Proposition Development_
- Developing and supporting the value propositions for the voice and collaboration portfolio by product, segment, and region
- Deliver propositions that are clear, easy to understand, and are customer centric by focusing on their problems and outcomes
- Responsible for embedding the value proposition into product positioning and messaging
- Go to Market Strategy, Development & Execution_
- Work cross-functionally to develop holistic marketing plans that integrate various tactics that maximize profitability
- Establish a strong partnership with the product team, and build out an annual marketing roadmap that ties back to the product roadmap, including all launches, enhancements and product lifecycle management.
- Be the product expert in the marketing organization, provide product briefings to the team and external agencies as needed, work with the team to define the integrated marketing plan, ensuring that all tactics and the customer journey are stitched together to maximize the outcome.
- Constantly keep a pulse on the competition, trends, research and customers in the voice and collaboration portfolio.
- Work closely with content marketing peers to tell the stories of the Voice and Collaboration portfolio, ensure the positioning, messaging and value propositions are accurately transformed into customer facing material. Work with sales teams to ensure that all content is readily available, understood and leveraged across the customer sales cycle, and constantly look for ways to improve.
- Develop KPIs to measure success and drive PIRs to determine what changes need to be made next time. Make recommendations based on historical performance.
- Don’t be afraid to test, learn and refine.
- Participate in product performance reviews to gather real-time feedback and adjust our in-market plans to ensure P&L success monthly, quarterly, and annually

**What you will bring**:

- University degree in business, marketing or a combination of work experience and education relevant to the role
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Telecom experience preferred but not required
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams - ability to influence, overcome resistance/obstacles, solve problems, and motivate people to take action
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, problem solve, be accountable
