**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the on the phone
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Pre-book next maintenance appointment when guest are in for service
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick up times
- Communicate effectively with the technicians
- Other duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Dealership experience; 2 years preferred
- Clean driver's license
- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers

**Wage**:

- $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and bonuses earned

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Position is in Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
