Reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Employee Experience (TalEx) and partnering with the broader TalEx team and HR, you will play a key role at Intact in the development and delivery of Organizational Development and Employee Experience programs and initiatives that support Intact’s strategic priorities.

With your experience, project management skills and collaborative style, you will successfully leverage organizational development and employee experience best practices to drive employee engagement and business results.

**Here’s how you will make a difference.**
- You’ll contribute to driving Intact’s Invest in People strategic priorities including leading the evolution of performance management a d development plans at Intact.
- You’ll lead the design and execution of an employee engagement survey strategy for the organization.
- You’ll develop strong relationships with our Business Unit HR teams to drive progress of performance, development planning and employee experience programs within each business.
- You will develop relevant tools and guidance for the organization on performance and employee experience initiatives.
- You’ll support Diversity, Inclusion and Equity strategies for all programs and initiatives.
- You’ll partner with and become a key resource for the HR community, providing consultation and/or training on our performance, development and employee engagement initiatives, tools, projects and practices.
- You’ll work with external partners and vendors whose platforms and products we rely on to manage our programs.
- You’ll benchmark best practices and collect/analyze organizational metrics to identify opportunities to strengthen Organizational Development efforts across Intact.
- You’ll oversee change management efforts to ensure effective communications and programs are in place to support change objectives.
- You’ll communicate on the progress and measurements of our efforts by creating engaging, concise summaries and/or reports for key stakeholders.

**Here’s what you offer us.**
- A degree/diploma in HR, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years of HR experience including development and/or delivery of performance, development planning and employee experience/engagement programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- An ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative and creative employee-centric solutions.
- Experience in managing change; a clear understanding of the practical as well as the cultural implications of transformation.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset.
- Ability to work at a quick pace with precision.
- Excellent and clear communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations for all audiences from Employees to Executive and Board level.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using Excel to analyze data and identify key insights.
- Ability to speak French is an asset.
