Treatment Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other healthcare providers
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients
- Process payments and handle insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a dental practice is a must
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, recordkeeping, and billing
