Omni Basement Systems, a regional leader in the Basement Waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. Our purpose is to redefine this industry by providing our customers with a remarkable experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Represent Omni by answering calls, scheduling appointments & following up with customers on various issues
- Complete and submit relevant documentation
- Keep customer records and database current
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience

**Requirements**:

- You naturally have an upbeat and positive personality
- Experience in the customer service field
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and software

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
