**Your Role**:

- **Vehicle Sourcing**

Acquire vehicles through **auctions,** **wholesalers**, **private parties**, and **service lanes**. Use CRM data to identify opportunities. Focus on maintaining the right inventory mix, controlling costs, and selecting vehicles with high demand and quick turnover.
- **Auction Arbitration**

Manage issues with auction purchases, such as condition or documentation discrepancies. Address problems quickly, maintain communication, and keep records of arbitration cases.
- **Market Analysis**

Study market trends and customer preferences to identify high-demand vehicles. Adjust sourcing strategies to fill inventory gaps and focus on profitability.
- **Follow-Up Communication**

Follow up with customers after 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, and 30 days if a deal is pending. Use feedback to address concerns and offer solutions, improving the chances of closing deals.
- **Documentation & Reporting**

Keep detailed records of all purchases for inventory and accounting. Use inventory software for real-time tracking and ensure all data aligns with dealership systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Skilled in using CRM tools for customer tracking and communication.
- Experienced with automotive management software like VAuto and TradeRev.
- Proven track record in vehicle purchasing from auctions and private parties.
- Strong negotiator, skilled in resolving auction-related discrepancies.
- Effective at managing follow-ups to keep customers engaged.
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers and vendors.
- Deep knowledge of automotive market trends and industry insights.
- Team player, experienced in improving inventory management and operations.
- Familiar with sales techniques to meet customer expectations and close deals.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
