**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate the operations of the level 1 & 2 stations;
- Work closely with the Ground Support Department team to ensure adequate support for the stations and customers;
- Ensures compliance with operation policies and standards including determination of safety procedures for the handling of dangerous goods and transport regulations;
- Recruit personnel, oversee their training, and monitor employees' performance;
- Proceed with individual station inspections on location every three months;
- Participate in budget preparations;
- Provide support to level 3 stations when required;
- All other duties deemed necessary by the company in order to ensure the effectiveness of the ground operations department.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to communicate in at least 2 of the following languages: Inuktitut, French, English;
- College Diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written);
- Minimum 2 years experience in the airline industry or in a similar position;
- Professional attitude, responsible and reliable;
- The capacity to offer excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Knowledge of Air Inuit programs such as Amelia reservation and/or Skyline;
- Possess a valid driver’s license;
- Continuous travel throughout the network;
- Available to work evenings, nights and weekends;

***WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Rotational - 2 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks OFF
- Travel to various Nunavik Stations during time ON

**COMPENSATION**
- Compensation and benefits are determined in accordance with corporate policy
- Annual salary starting at $47,369.
- Northern Allowance $10,500 (if applicable)
