**Project Administrative Assistant - Full Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing project documents.
- Ensuring documents are being responded to in a timely manner or submitted to the project team within allotted timelines.
- Update and maintain project tracking sheets.
- Produce and distribute project reports.
- Perform data entry.
- Maintain spreadsheets and filing.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize with attention to detail.
- Able to contribute as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
