**THE BUSINESS**

Rockland Wheels is a family owned powersports dealership located in Rockland, ON. We are looking to extend our team and need an HR Coordinator

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bilingual
- Post-Secondary education degree/diploma in a Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Background in Employment Standards, WSIB and the OHSA
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies
- Payroll and managing employee benefits programs
- Manage vacation request
- Prepare employee's schedule
- Create a new hire mannual
- New employee onboarding
- Handle all employee concerns
- Fill out and submit ROE
- Identifying training needs, designing training programs
- Conduct employee evaluations
- Maintaining employee records

**LES EXIGENCES**
- Bilingue
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe ; ou une expérience équivalente
- Connaissance des normes d'emploi, de la WSIB et de l'OHSA
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet
- Excellente capacité de communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion

**LES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Aider à la mise en œuvre et à l'administration des programmes et politiques RH
- Préparer la paye et gestion des programmes d'avantages sociaux des employés
- Gérer les demandes de congé
- Préparer les horaires des employés
- Créer un manuel pour les nouveaux employés
- Intégration des nouveaux employés
- Traiter toutes les préoccupations des employés
- Remplir et soumettre les REO
- Identifier les besoins en formation, concevoir des programmes de formation
- Conduire des évaluations des employés
- Maintenir les dossiers des employés

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
