Call Center Representative/data Entry

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative/Data Entry personnel at our IT systems firmware company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone interactions while also managing data entry tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, inputting customer information, orders, and other relevant data into the company database.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and courteously, aiming for swift resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.35-$26.15 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
