The Board is currently seeking a 1.0 FTE IT Applications/Business Analyst to join our team.

**Required Abilities and Qualifications**
- University degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Computer Software Engineering or a Community College diploma (3 year) with a focus on software support is required.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or A+ certification required
- A minimum of three years’ previous experience in a similar Business Analyst role is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on quality customer service
- Strong customer service skills and organizational skills are essential, including the ability to deal with multiple activities.
- Experience in trouble-shooting technical issues using sound methodology and processes preferred
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Admin Functions, Windows 10/11, MVAL, PD Place, Active Directory, Project Management is an asset.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
