AECOM Buildings + Places Saskatoon office needs a Project Coordinator.

**Major Responsibilities**:
+ Analyzes various facets of project work and establishes schedules for completing work within allotted time.

+ Develops and maintains the project master schedule and subcontract milestone schedules.

+ Monitors, collects, and analyzes actual costs, commitments, accruals and revisions associated with project completion; identifies trends and reports analyses to project team.

+ Monitors design, procurement and field construction progress with contract schedules and productivity requirements.

+ Develops various financial, productivity and scheduling analyses and forecasts as required to assist the project team with overall project management.

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor's Degree + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

+ Demonstrated outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation

+ Must have an understanding of fundamental building science and construction

+ Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives

+ Strong report writing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost monitoring

+ Must be computer savvy and able to operate a Windows-based computer including programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
