**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator who is ready to embark on a professional odyssey within the realm of Civil Engineering. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As the Project Coordinator you will:

- Assist the PM with various paperwork, such as subcontracts, reports, HSE stats, LEM’s, time sheets, equipment tracking, meeting minutes, shop drawings, and monthly equipment hours.
- Track and report production rates on a daily basis, and assisting in resource planning and scheduling for both crew and equipment.
- Support the creation of subcontract agreements and managing subcontractor requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of PBN’s HSE and QA/QC programs.
- Procure supplies and materials through tasks like sending out quotes, analyzing quotes, and monitoring delivery dates.
- Assist the PM with administrative documents, including purchase orders, cost coding, tracking, invoice creation, and change management paperwork.
- Ensure project folders and documents are organized and well-maintained.
- Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings to aid in planning and execution.
- Collaborate on construction schedules, updates, and forecasting using MS Project.
- Conduct periodic site safety inspections and necessary site visits.
- Review the schedule of values (cost control) and assisting with updates and forecasting.
- Organize crew travel requirements, including booking hotel rooms, and scheduling mobilization/demobilization.
- Be flexible and ready to step into new areas when needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

As the Project Coordinator, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a project coordination role within the civil construction industry.
- A strong knowledge and understanding and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite where necessary.
