As Resource Management, you will lead the pipeline for the AGT portfolio.You will work with various partners to ensure projects are driven in prioritywith the right level of support from the engineering department. You will actas the main contact for resource conflicts and aim for resolution. You willcollaborate with diverse team, aspiring to support the project managers andvarious teams completing the projects.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for all pipeline activity of all AGT Engineering
- Lead Tier 1/2/3 meeting, coordinate discussions on priority assignment/decision and bring together meeting outcome/decision.
- Handle the intake of projects and host Full Kit meetings to decide the start of projects.
- Support SPM with scenarios on projects sequence and resources demand
- Identify and communicate gaps of resources capacity vs demand and work with head of departments to close the gaps.
- Coaches, leads and motivates the team, even when faced with unexpected challenges.
- Identifies, recognizes and congratulates strong performances by the team, while acting upon seeing areas for improvement
- Gather lessons learned throughout project for continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors the outsourcing and contractors supporting the engineering departments.
- Support Global discussions on improvement of tools and methods and communicate back to local community for its applicability.
**What You Bring**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3 years of demonstrable Project Management experience and working across functions
- Strong leadership skills, self-motivated drive, and passion for ownership culture
- Experience in excellence areas of Project Management incl. Lean and Agile methods
- Experience developing, monitoring, and control project plans in an engineering environment.
- Advanced knowledge of gas turbine products, technology, and product development practices
- Bilingual (French and English)
