**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Galvion is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team in Montreal, QC. You will work within the Integration Team and will be at the center of each project. You will interface with Product Development teams, internal stakeholders and external customers when required. _This is an early career opportunity for someone with up to two (2) years' experience._

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

In this role you will manage key stakeholder relationships, collaborate with internal and external customers, engineers, product managers, and Company leadership to effectively manage projects. In addition, you will understand internal project requirements and documentation to develop and implement a plan to ensure deliverables are met.

**YOU WILL BE EVALUATED ON YOUR ABILITY TO**
- Proactively manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and hand-over to the product management team as required.
- Develop work packages, identify, and mitigate risk, and build a concept of operations for project development.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Understand, quantify, and mitigate the impacts of scope change.
- Coordinate and deploy internal resources, third parties and vendors for the execution of projects.
- Support the business development and sales teams as requested.
- Develop new skills along the way and contribute to the continued success of the Capture & Integration Team.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline with up to 2 years' experience.
- Meaningful and progressive experience in Project Management, Business or Marketing is desirable.
- Project Management Professional, PMP, designation and former Military service or experience a plus.
- Demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional teams and managing product development projects for manufactured products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a shifting landscape and ability to work in a team environment.
- Responsiveness and a can-do, positive attitude.
