**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

**JOB SUMMARY**

As an** IT Project Manager** specializing in the implementation of the ATLAS software, you will play a crucial role in the design, management, and execution of customer projects. You will act as a key liaison between the Workland team and customers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while complying with tender requirements and following established project frameworks.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and define clear objectives for system implementation projects;
- Develop all project start-up requirements according to best practices (statement, team, governance, risks, etc.);
- Identify project uncertainties, consider alternative resource solutions, anticipate changes in project scope and associated risks;
- Ensure projects progress within budget and on time, as well as meeting any specific requirements in connection with calls for tender;
- Implement effective project management methodologies to track project status and manage potential issues;
- Coordinate and lead project follow-up meetings with the Workland team and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment with project objectives and progress;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and that they are regularly informed of project progress;
- Act as a bridge between the Workland team and the customer team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration;
- Ensure that all projects respect and meet tender requirements, with a focus on quality deliverables;
- All other related tasks.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- A Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management;
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and to interact with the IT team;
- Good knowledge of the main project management software and tools;
- Demonstrate rigor in respecting deadlines and quality;
- Proven ability to organize time and prioritize tasks to effectively manage multiple projects;
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written);
- Project management certification (an asset).
