Responsibilities & Essential Duties
- Responsible to direct, organize and control project budgets and requirements
- Produce and package deliverables for presentation to various teams, committees and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects, project resources and governance.
- Use Project Scheduling and control tools to monitor Project activities, financial budgets, expenses, inventory control, hours worked and quality of work being performed.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information, provide updates to clients and project team.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inspections and documents as required.
- Maintain a strong relationship with key construction, trade and vendor contacts.
- In collaboration with Sr. Project Managers, assess whether the project achieved stated outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement for future projects.
- Take responsibility for ongoing client satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Overall focus on enhancing the renovation turnover experience.
- Work with the standards defined by our office, while also defining new standards as they appear.

**Education**
- Degree or Diploma in Project/Construction Management, Architecture, or Construction Engineering or equivalent OR a combination of experience, training and education in lieu of a Degree or Diploma.

**Languages**
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a project coordinator
- Relevant experience in a fast-pace environment, providing a high quality of customer service.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project
- Ability to be resourceful and solve issues that may arise.
