Inside Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls professionally.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to pick customer orders in order to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Welding Industry ( Welding Gases, Welding Machines and Welding Consumables ) is a significant advantage for this position.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Chinese or other languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
