**What you can expect to do here:
- You will work within an existing Commercial Management team in the Transportation Systems department.
- You will be involved in eReview and coordinate contracts, including teaming agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Venture Agreements, Consultant Agreements and Subconsultant/Subcontractor Agreements for management review.
- You will help in maintaining contractual records and documentation accordingly.
- You will be collaborating with Legal and Risk Management Team to coordinate Delegation of Authority submissions for approval and to coordinate contractual insurance requirements.
- You will collaborate with Project Control Team on financial performance, invoicing, budget, and schedule information.
- Monitor competitive terms and customer satisfaction with the terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes as required and manage on-going and critical contractual issues on projects; may include claims management, non-disclosure agreements, conflicts of interest, etc.

**What you’ll bring to WSP:
- You have experience in consulting engineering, and ideally on large projects working with various stakeholders
- You definitely understand what is risk assessment on large complex capital projects
- You are familiar with transit systems operations, asset managements practices and contract administration
- You know how to deal with, tight deadlines pressure, ambiguity and continuous changing environment
- You know how to communicate effectively and adapt to your audience
