We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness. You will work closely with cross functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, analyze results and support communications throughout the organization.

- **Essential Functions**_
- Designing visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials
- Implementing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Developing and executing lead generation strategies to acquire new customers
- Managing customer databases and leveraging data for targeted marketing initiatives
- Overseeing social media channels and creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Managing and updating company website to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines
- Responsible for creating and executing successful marketing campaigns on behalf of the business. Working cross-functionally to devise and implement these campaigns.
- Collect and analyze data on marketing campaigns to report to Senior Leadership
- Frequent visits to locations and participation in location specific events, ensuring ongoing communication with management at various locations.
- Identify and monitor our competition.
- Provide central support for company communications ensuring they adhere to brand standards.
- Work in collaboration with the Sales & Leasing Team to ensure they have the appropriate resources to be successful. This includes launching new construction projects, brand creation, lead generation, coordinating the participation of various industry related events, providing marketing collateral, promotions and other resources as required.
- Develops and maintains brand standards for employee and owner/tenant communication through the development and execution of templates; communications standards and materials for the Company.
- Creating and manage a detailed calendar for all brand, leasing, sales, owner relations, building staff and tenant relations, itemized by month (media, events, promotions, external communications, etc.).
- Provide monthly reporting to the Executive Team, which include, but are not limited to; lead generation, conversion, content effectiveness and engagement.

- **Who you are**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Strong database management skills with experience in CRM systems
- Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques
- Proficiency in website management and content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
