**Job Overview**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing efforts to support the growth and visibility of Pioneer Family Pools. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, promotions, content, brand positioning, and partnerships.
This role requires leadership, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work with a dynamic, in-house marketing team with various skill sets and capabilities. This is an on-site position, with some travel throughout the GTA and to select retail locations as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies
- Collaborate with an in-house team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in campaign development and execution
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns and achieve marketing goals
- Regularly manage and maintain performance metrics and report to senior management
- Drive the adoption of CRM and other software systems to refine data points and KPIs to maximize system output and revenue
- Manage the marketing budget and media mix to optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Plan and execute off-site events and in-store campaigns aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Drive Pioneer Family Pools brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Align marketing efforts with sales processes, store goals, and product launches
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth and innovation opportunities
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and special offers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners
- Oversee content creation to drive sales and enhance customer experience across our product lines
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with marketing platforms, including but not limited to ecommerce, digital campaign management, SEO/SEM best practices, and lead generation
- Experience with analytical tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Moz, Meta, etc.
- Experience in HubSpot or a similar CRM system
- Proven experience developing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand loyalty
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Data-driven approach that supports strategic decision-making
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire colleagues at all levels
