**Salary**: Base salary + commission.

**The Job**

Working closely with a mentor you will
- Develop relationships with existing and assisting in sourcing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other proactive prospecting methods.
- Account management, developing relationships and utilizing the CRM system.
- Work with companies in wide range of industries, including construction, oilfield, equipment sales and rental, mining, transportation, utilities, government, etc.
- Conduct and present research on potential new customers and how you may convert them into new business.
- Attending auctions and tradeshows

**The Person**

To thrive in this position, you will
- Have a desire to learn the machinery and auto industry.
- Have a desire to develop your negotiation skills.
- Willingness to hunt down new business, and,
- To work and learn from experienced sales mentors and the wider sales teams.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
