**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator is primarily responsible for:

- Routine clerical duties
- Scheduling
- Billing
- Payroll
- Benefits administration
- Managing supplies inventory, independent contractors, and in-house upkeep and organization
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting frontline staff
- Promoting awareness, acceptance, and community relationships
- Performing other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A Vulnerable Sector Check is required
- Prior experience in data entry, clerical, and administrative functions is preferred
- Basic knowledge of autism and/or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- High level of initiative and self-direction
- Physically able to perform the duties of the position
- Ability to resolve conflict, work diligently under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Language**: English, fluent (written & spoken) (required)
