We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information to callers or direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Collect Data from Social Platforms
- Gather Real Estate Statistics
- Collect Showing and Open House Feedback
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional support
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a Real Estate office is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Familiarity with Zoom is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

**Benefits**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
