**Responsibilities**
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Maintain contact records, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings.
- Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls.
- Schedule appointments and appointments with clients.
- Manage client files.
- Manage office supplies and orderings.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff.

Qualifications **Required Skills **Qualifications**:Office Administration: 1-2 years (preferred) Knowledge of EMR system (preferred) Knowledge of MS Office (required) Professionalism: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Attention to detail: Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks accurately: ability to follow instructions: follow up on work: follow up on leads: follow up on reports & documents: follow up on other people’s work: time management: ability to meet deadlines; handle multiple tasks under time pressure; multi-tasker who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities; ability to manage time well; ability to manage multiple projects at once with mínimal supervision; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; excellent written & verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; excellent computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly & efficiently; ability to adapt & learn new technology quickly**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
