Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital are actively seeking applicants for an Integrated Business Systems Analyst position. "Integrated" means that the successful incumbent will work at both hospital sites.

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Alexandra Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospitals Integrated Manager of Information Technology Services, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for customer relationship management and direction in key aspects of project management, including management level reporting, providing regular project updates, identifying potential risks, and proposing solutions to ensure the timely completion of multiple priority projects. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring that technology solutions align with workflows and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with regional leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with partnership strategies, goals and objectives, the sharing of best practices and knowledge to support cross-regional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer relationship management and direction in key aspects of project management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensuring that technology solutions align with workflows and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care
- Collaborating with regional leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with partnership strategies, goals and objectives
- The sharing of best practices and knowledge to support cross-regional collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a three (3) year diploma in Computer Science or related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years recent, related experience in project management
- Project Management Institute (PMP) certification is preferred
- Recent work experience supporting complex business intelligent software and reporting solutions
- Recent work experience with IT software development life cycle management and working with cross-functional to support medium and large-scale implementations
- Demonstrated ability to create reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings, project updates and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to staff
- Ability to work with leadership at all levels to implement both strategic and operational change
- Excellent change management, customer service, and organizational skills
- Superior written, oral, presentation, and listening communication skills
- Overtime and possible on-call coverage may be required
- Expectation for travel within Oxford County (On site and hybrid work options available)
- Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision and to work as a team member while providing direction to others
- Demonstrated experience in being flexible, adaptable and open to change
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities & changing demands that require attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

- Salary per the Non-Union Salary Schedule ($45.72 per hour to $53.49 per hour)
