**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Computer skills including MS Office Suite of products. 2 years experience with ESP with Scheduling and Payroll Experience which includes excellent knowledge of applicable collective agreements and pay. Experience with RMS, rotation and position management. 2 years experience in an administrative capacity in a health care setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
5 years experience in last 10 years as scheduler.
