We are a highly motivated group of engineers, designers, and consultants, and we understand the impact our industry and our projects have on the environment and on our communities, and we work hard to make sure we are delivering low-carbon, high-performance, positive social impact projects for our clients and end users. We take a whole lifecycle approach to designing buildings and infrastructure and work to measure and reduce the operational and embodied carbon of our projects.

We achieve this by weaving sustainability throughout the organization and by facilitating close collaboration between different services and teams to deliver a holistic sustainable solution. Further to our project delivery approach, we also invest in innovation through dedicated research and development of tools to ensure our methodologies are efficient and effective.

We provide educational opportunities to staff to continuously grow our collective knowledge in sustainable design, and we employ strategies to measure and reduce our own operational carbon footprint as an organization.
