**Working Arrangement**

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, North American the Project Manager, Learning and Development supports the Learning and Development Team by leading the project management of new learning initiatives. This role is accountable for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered successfully within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, this individual will work with the Learning and Development team to help identify learning gaps, be the project lead on all learning projects and play a key role in the feedback loop following implementation. This individual will work very closely with our partners including legal, marketing, compliance and product acting as a liaison between the learning team and partners, with a focus on continuous improvement and behavior change that leads to sales.
**Project lead and management 60%**
- Project Planning: Assist in creating concurrent project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop appropriate strategies.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and management. Provide regular project updates, including status reports, milestones, and changes in project scope or requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential impact on project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established guidelines. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project outcomes. Foster a positive team environment and promote effective teamwork and collaboration.
**Learning design and consulting 30%**
- Contributes to building the GWAM Learning and Development strategy
- Prepares and executes initiatives to support transfer of learning including coach the coach initiatives
- Collaborates with the training consultants by sharing adult learning best practices, facilitation guidelines, learning design and providing feedback through development of content
- Works closely with design team to ensure all needed materials and content is provided by consultants, partners, sales and SMEs.
- Implements the strategy for metrics for training initiatives, including measurement of impact and ROE
- Sits on working group meetings to support changes to business and digital adoption
- Works with the Head of Learning and Development and training consultants to align training across businesses and improve processes
- Identifies patterns and potential skill overlap that could lead to career path development for talent pipeline
- Knowledgeable about the business and seeks out new trends in the business and training industry
**Sales Enablement 10%**
- Assists in facilitating and hosting learning programs by helping to manage vendors, schedule sessions and communicate with learners
- Collaborates with team by gathering feedback from onboarding and succession programs and recommending changes to improve the learning experience.
