**What can I expect to do in this role?**: Reporting directly to the Director, IT Enterprise Experience & Digital Futures, the Manager, Program Development, will:
- Empower your team to grow and develop to their full potential, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and excellence.
- Leverage your program leadership and strategic influencing skills to strengthen the capacity within your team, your division, across GovTechON.
- Ensure that your team has the necessary support, tools, and information they need to deliver on their priorities.
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of internal and external engagements for GovTechON.
- Continually iterate and improve ongoing programs through establishing key metrics and collecting and analyzing the data for insights.
- Provide a holistic view of GovTechON programs, events and learning and development initiatives, growing an employee engagement community of practice to ensure a cohesive approach to employee experience across the organization based on strategic direction set by CCIO.
