**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team to assist the Production & Sales Team. This role will be assisting & supporting to help improve their productivity.
- Help with processing all customer’s request for artwork, boards with the Design team and follow up.
- Prepare all required forms to send to customers for s/off approval, lab dip approval or bulk approval including completing the form in excel and cutting swatches.
- Review all s/offs with color matching before sending it to customers. Eye for color is very important in this position.
- Complete charts with pricing, details and picture/cad for specific customers prior to an order
- Prepare Fabric Detailed Sheet
- Hand delivers to customer all forms when needed for approval.
- Help organize the salesperson for meetings, gather swatches, get artwork or presentation boards printed.
- Help with filing system to keep all s/offs, bulk fabrics by customers.
- Prepare, cut swatches, and make headers to help the sales representative
- Attend meetings with Sales when needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- 2-3 years experience as a production or sales assistant in Textile or Manufacturing
- Diploma in Fashion Design/Textile manufacturing or related field an asset
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good administrative and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Great time management skills
- Must demonstrate attention to detail.
- Must have a good sense for colour matching.

Nous recherchons une personne talentueuse pour rejoindre notre équipe afin d'assister l'équipe de production et de ventes. Ce rôle consiste à aider et à soutenir l'équipe pour améliorer leur productivité.

**Description du poste**
- Aider à traiter toutes les demandes des clients concernant les œuvres d'art, les tableaux avec l'équipe de design, et effectuer le suivi.
- Préparer tous les formulaires nécessaires à envoyer aux clients pour l'approbation des échantillons s/offs, lab dips, ou l'approbation en production, y compris remplir le formulaire dans Excel et couper des échantillons.
- Vérifier tous les échantillons avec correspondance des couleurs avant de les envoyer aux clients. Un œil pour les couleurs est très important pour ce poste.
- Compléter les tableaux avec les prix, les détails et les photos pour des clients spécifiques avant une commande.
- Préparer la fiche détaillée du tissu.
- Livrer en main propre aux clients tous les formulaires nécessaires pour approbation.
- Aider à organiser pour les réunions, rassembler des échantillons, obtenir des imprimes ou des tableaux de présentation.
- Aider à gérer le système de classement pour conserver tous les échantillons, les tissus par client.
- Préparer, couper les échantillons et créer des en-têtes pour aider le représentant des ventes.
- Participer aux réunions avec l'équipe des ventes si nécessaire.
