- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies

Qualifications:
- Experience working as an administrator in childcare ( parent invoicing. processing monthly claims, tax receipts )
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems is a plus
