ZF Automotive is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge by working closely with our HR Generalist on daily administrative tasks and projects. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and help you develop essential skills in HR management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding**:
Collaborate with the HR Generalist in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation activities, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

**HR Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping related to HR activities.

**Employee Relations**

Assist in organizing employee events and activities to promote a positive work environment.

**Training and Development**:
Support the coordination and tracking of employee training programs.

Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
