**Job Description**:

- Assist managers with workorders, notices and meetings
- Greet visitors, collect and organize mail & other miscellaneous errands
- Industry standard user friendly software is used for 99% of tasks (ability to learn new programs is essential)
- Update annual condo checklists, spreadsheets and inspection sheets
- Help managers prep for meetings
- Maintaining office equipment & supplies
- Maintain filing systems
- Being the primary contact for the day-to-day operations
- Scheduling and confirm appointments
- Preparing marketing materials
- Bright cheerful outgoing professional attitude
- Excellent phone manner
- Must be self motivate with exceptional time management
- Ability to be tactful, discrete and have sound judgement when dealing with sensitive issues
- Working under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A team player
- Ability to deal with tight deadlines, large workload at times, and multitasking
- Willingness to continue learning and development of profession

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Must have at least two vaccines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Selwyn, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
