**Role Overview**

As a Business Development Officer at Numernaut, you will spearhead our market growth initiatives, identifying and managing new business opportunities, nurturing client and partner relationships, and significantly contributing to our overall growth strategy. Your efforts will be crucial in propelling our revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize and execute potent business development plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
- Investigate and pinpoint new market prospects through diligent research on market trends and competitor behavior.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the CEO to prepare proposals that align with prospective clients' requirements and goals.
- Represent Numernaut at industry conferences, events, and networking gatherings to promote our brand and uncover new business opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of business development activities, providing insights against key performance indicators.
- Offer strategic input for new product or service development and positioning in response to market feedback.
- Negotiate and finalize deals that drive our growth and profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any discipline.
- Demonstrated success in business development, particularly within accounting and technical professional services.
- A solid network within Canada's business community.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a consistent track record of surpassing sales goals.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferably, 3+ years of experience in business development.

**How to Apply**
