We’re searching for the next creative marketer to join our Content and Creative Services team. In this new role, you’ll lead the creation of compelling and engaging video content to support our marketing campaigns and educational content.

You’ll bring together scripts, visuals, music and graphics to attract new audiences, nurture community relationships and make an impact. This is the right role for an enthusiastic individual with excellent creative judgment and the ability to collaborate within a dynamic team. We are seeking a team player who will play an integral part in every stage of the creative process, from conceptualization to final output, and who knows how to get stuff done. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to become a full-time permanent role.

**The things you’ll do**:

- Create engaging video content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our campaigns across all channels
- Lead complex productions from conception to completion
- Manage incoming video production requests working with the Senior Content and Creative Manager to prioritize asset creation
- Plan, script, storyboard and produce in-house videos or manage agency partners in the creation of video assets
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to understand our brand message, our product offerings and our customers’ needs
- Edit scripts and storyboards to set up and establish the video production look & feel
- Plan post-production schedules and perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, editing, audio adjustment, colour correction and video transcoding
- Publish, organize and optimize media for third-party video hosting web platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vidyard, etc.
- Monitor video analytics to measure the effectiveness of our video content and make data-driven recommendations for future video projects
- Other video or design support as needed

**The things you bring**:

- ** Education**. Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in Radio/TV, Film, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field
- ** Experience.** 3+ years of experience with complete video production and post-production processes, including corporate and promo video formats
- ** Creativity**. Creative mindset and collaboration
- ** Storytelling**. Ability to understand storytelling concepts and formats, structure & flow and identify target audiences
- ** Production techniques.** Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with production techniques and standards
- ** Knowledge** of parts of the Adobe CC Suite related to video production (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition )
- ** Graphic Design**. Experience with graphic design software a bonus
