Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to produce high-quality video content. This role involves working closely with the Video Production Manager and other team members to create engaging videos that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Personal Qualities: This person will be able to balance multiple processes and projects. This person is naturally proactive and goal oriented. This individual will be an independent, strategic thinker. This person values accuracy, consistency and efficiency. This person will naturally focus on being careful and precise in dealing with data and information. This individual will have a probing, factual style of communication. And above all, be fun and creative

Decision-Making Ability:

The person in this role should be able contribute to the creation SoM National, Regional and Local Marketing plans that could take 1 – 2 years to execute.

Skilled Knowledge & Experience:

This individual has:

The role requires a person who can create and execute a region-wide strategy. Ideally, this person has marketing experience within North America. This individual should have experience conducting marketing campaigns in various media including television, radio, print and online advertising. The individual will have the ability oversee multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on tasks to completion.

The individual will be highly computer literate and familiar with Adobe software, online marketing, and social media. They should be proficient in data collection and analysis in relation to marketing campaigns. This individual should also have experience incorporating social media into marketing strategy. This individual will be skilled at conveying ideas as concisely as possible in multiple media such as visual imagery, written text, webpage content, etc.

They will have a creative orientation that enables them to generate novel ideas to capture audience attention. Minimum 3-5 Years experience in a Marketing Manager role with additional training in various marketing elements such as CRM, social media, marketing

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of previous video projects.

Skills:

  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
  • Assist in scriptwriting and planning shooting schedules.
  • Organize and prepare shooting locations, props, and equipment.

Production:

  • Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
  • Direct talent and ensure that the production stays on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on set to ensure smooth operations.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Add graphics, animations, special effects, and sound design as needed.
  • Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

General:

  • Maintain and organize video equipment and production inventory.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video production technology.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for future projects.
  • Participate in annual conventions, seminars, or business meetings, and attend franchise grand openings, as directed.
