**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage workflow and motivate a team of employees (Subject Matter Experts), providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations (budgets, project management, & team building).
- Monitor, track, and analyze operational performance of projects & client milestones, while identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve high level business objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation, continuous improvement, & opportunities.
- Maintain & grow relations with government & industrial partners to drive new business & project development.

**Qualifications and Eligibility**:
You have an educational background in a renewable/energy field, coupled with experience in industrial energy integration. You are a highly detailed, visionary, strategic thinker with excellent analytical, project development, and relationship-building skills. You enjoy developing strategies & scale up programs and projects to drive growth in the sustainable energy transition and have strong communication skills required to do so.

You show understanding of the organization's needs and aspirations; have experience with sales & management.

You possess excellent project development & management, organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated history of meeting deliverables with a sense of urgency.

Your qualifications include:

- Industry experience in related stream (or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role (i.e. Program development).
- Knowledge & experience in Energy Transition, Renewable & Thermal systems, Smart Materials.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & design software is an asset.
- Able to navigate government & funding sources.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
