**Job Purpose**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with companies, organizations, and community groups to meet the organization's goals.
- Conduct research and identify potential new partnerships or collaboration opportunities that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their HR needs and align partnership opportunities that support these needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external partners, ensuring effective training, communication, and coordination are available.
- Utilize HR knowledge to provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on relevant HR issues, policies, and practices. Working with HR Partner to get information to other organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to develop strategic plans for promoting partnerships and community initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and other community engagement activities to foster relationships between partners and the organization to meet project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes, including tracking key metrics and reporting on the value and impact of collaborations.

**Qualifications**
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community resource work, partnership development, or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities that align with organizational objectives and project goals.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, project management software, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and report on partnership outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient

**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**

Community Resource and Partnerships Specialists will work day shifts with occasional evenings if needed for programming. Working mostly at desk with occasional lifting of donation bags when needed. There is travel to Northern Ontario Communities when needed, most can be done virtually but there will be opportunities to meet with partnering organizations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: From $23.33 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
