But humbly put, we service guests from all over Central Alberta and beyond, and are a popular spot for fresh simple eats, epic craft beverages, and a fun environment

To keep pace with the growth of our business, we are looking to add (1) Restaurant Supervisor to our team

Do you have experience in the restaurant/bar industry, and looking for that next step to help grow and build Cilantro and Chive for the future? We want to meet you
- 30-40 hour work week
- Consistent weekend and evening availability, with flexible online scheduling
- Benefits through Group Source
- Scheduled goal of 2 days off a week, at least one weekend off a month, ability to request off personal time weeks in advance to achieve work/life balance

- Previous restaurant experience required
- Ages 18+ please, pro-serve certification required
- Assist in training new Service Team members
- Develop working relationships and connections with suppliers including local breweries, distilleries, and their representatives
- Work catering functions, fundraisers and off-site events
- Directly manage and be responsible for all Service team members, and report to Assistant Manager and General Manager
- Weekly Management meetings
- Complimentary Meal each shift
- Promoting a positive, engaging, clean, and safe work environment for all team members and guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
