The Administrative Assistant to Inspection Services position falls within the Clerical and Regulatory (CR) classification and the salary ranges for these positions are from $51,229 to $55,290 per year plus a bilingual bonus.

Employment Tenure: Term of 6 months, Full Time, with the possibility of extension.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

**ESSENTIAL EDUCATION**: Successful completion of two years of secondary school or CFIA-accepted alternatives.

Applicants submitting education credentials from a non-Canadian institution are responsible for obtaining certification that these credentials are the equivalent of the Canadian education level required for the position.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**

EEx1: Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Products.

EEx2: Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**: Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Le poste Adjoint(e) administratif (Ive) bilingue aux services d’inspection fait partie du groupe Commis aux écritures et aux règlements (CR) et le salaire se situe entre $51,229 to $55,290 par année plus une prime au bilinguisme.

**Durée d’emploi**: Durée de 6 mois, temps plein, avec possibilité de prolongation.

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES**:
Services de soutien administratif, non limités à : la collecte et la consolidation de l’information pour la production de divers rapports, la coordination de l’approbation des documents et de la correspondance entrante et sortante, la planification et la coordination des réunions et des conférences, la rédaction des procès-verbaux des réunions, la surveillance des dépenses et la tenue d’un budget, la gestion du calendrier électronique et du courrier électronique pour un supérieur; le traitement des demandes de voyage d’affaires et la gestion des préparatifs connexes, la transmission de renseignements généraux aux inspecteurs, aux autres ministères, à l’industrie et au grand public ainsi que l’exécution d’autres fonctions connexes.
