**Description**:
Triaging Triaging of GoAnywhere requests by ensuring that the request contains all required info and that the request is clear and unambiguous. Follow up with the requesters to clarify where necessary.

Validate and Obtain any missing info Follow up with the designated contact(s) to ensure that both the customer and CAE have pre-configured their systems according to be able to use GoAnywhere. Activities may include but are not limited to whitelisting of IP addresses, validating Customer keys, User IDs, passwords.

Configuring & Testing Configure GoAnywhere for CFS customers
Test GoAnywhere by ensuring that connectivity exists and files are being received by both the customer and CAE.
